Terms of Business

Our standard Terms of Business will apply to any engagements made as a result of any introduction contained in this document unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Here are our core Terms of Business for permanent & fixed-term recruitment.

Fees

"The Introduction Fee is the amount equal to 19% of the Remuneration applicable during the first 12 months of the Engagement."

Payment Terms

"The Introduction Fee shall be payable within 14 days of the date of the Agency’s invoice, which shall be rendered once the Candidate accepts the offer of Employment."
