We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. This statement explains how accessible the site is, where we know it falls short, and how to get help.
1. The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. Using this website
We have designed the site so that you should be able to do the following.
Zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen.
Move around the whole site using only a keyboard.
Use the site with a screen reader.
Change colours, contrast and fonts using your browser or device settings.
Pause the background video on our home page. A few other things still move on their own – see section 3.
AbilityNet's My Computer My Way site has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability, at mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk.
3. Parts of the site that are not yet fully accessible
We know that some parts of the site are not yet fully accessible.
Some of our downloadable PDF guides may not work well with screen readers. If you need a guide in another format, email us and we will send you one.
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. If it ever asks you to complete a challenge you cannot do, please email or call us and we will take your details another way.
We have not yet completed a full manual check against WCAG 2.2 level AA. It is booked for after launch, and we will list anything it finds here, with what we are doing about each issue and when.
4. Getting information in a different format
If you need anything on this site in a different format, such as a Word document, plain text or large print, or you would like to send your CV or apply another way, email hello@marsh-rpf.com or call +44 1273 078225. We will reply within five working days.
If you need adjustments for an interview or assessment we are arranging, please let us know. We will talk it through with you and agree it with the client.
5. Reporting a problem
If you find a problem that is not listed here, email hello@marsh-rpf.com with the page address and a description of what went wrong. We will reply within five working days and tell you what we plan to do about it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), a free advice service, at equalityadvisoryservice.com. In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
The C.A.R.E. cards on our home page and our testimonial carousels move on by themselves every four seconds, and there is no button to pause them. You can use the arrow buttons to go back to a card, but the carousel will then carry on moving. Please contact us as hello@marsh-rpf.com if you would like us to send you the text another way.
Buttons and some cards move slightly when you hover over them. If your device is set to reduce motion, buttons stay still but cards still move.
6. How we tested this website
We ran automated accessibility checks on 8 October 2026. A full manual test against WCAG 2.2 level AA, using a keyboard and a screen reader, will take place after launch.
This statement was prepared on 8 October 2026. We review it at least once a year, and whenever we make a major change to the site.
