TERMS OF USE

These terms set out how you may use marsh-rpf.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Marsh RPF Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14356943. Our registered office is at Office 38, Foundry Hove, Ellen Street, Hove BN3 3LN, and you can contact us at hello@marsh-rpf.com with any questions about these terms.

2. Our recruitment services

Our recruitment services are covered by separate terms. Clients receive our terms of business, and contractors agree terms with us before we find them work, with the details of each assignment confirmed in writing. Nothing on this website creates a contract for recruitment services.

Using the site and sending us your CV are free of charge. We never charge candidates or contractors a fee for finding them work.

3. Job adverts

We aim to keep our adverts accurate and up to date, but clients can fill, pause or change roles at short notice. An advert is not an offer of work, and pay, location and other details are a guide until they are confirmed in an offer.

4. Guides, calculators and tools

Our guides, pay data, calculators and planners give general information to help you think things through. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and our calculators give estimates based on the assumptions they show. We recommend checking anything important with a qualified adviser before you act on it.

We review our content regularly, but laws, rates and markets change. Each guide and tool shows when it was published or last checked.

5. Using our content

The content on this site, including the text, guides, data, design and our logo, belongs to us or is used with permission.

  • You are welcome to read, download and print our guides for your own use, and to share links to our pages.

  • If you quote a short extract, we ask that you credit Marsh RPF and link to the page.

  • Copying, republishing or selling our content, scraping the site, or using our content to train AI tools needs our written permission, unless the law allows it.

6. What you send us

When you send us a CV, form or message, please make sure the information is accurate and yours to share. If you recommend someone to us, please check first that they are happy for us to contact them.

Anything you upload must not be unlawful, offensive or harmful, such as a file carrying a virus. We may remove anything that does not meet these terms.

7. Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as GOV.UK and job boards, where we think they will be useful to you. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

8. Keeping the site running

We work to keep the site available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors, and we may change or remove pages at any time. We recommend using up-to-date virus protection, as you would for any website.

9. Our liability

Our content is general information, so please check anything important with an adviser before relying on it. If you use the site for business purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you use the site as a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our privacy notice and cookie policy explain how we handle your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales may deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
