A Power T&D EPC contractor delivering on the major UK transmission and distribution frameworks is hiring two HV Cable Design Engineers.
You'll work on 33kV to 400kV underground cable schemes, from route and trench design through to construction support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll prepare and check cable route drawings, installation details and joint bay arrangements, working under the supervision of senior engineers.
The role is civils-led, covering trench cross-sections, duct bank arrangements and reinstatement drawings as much as the cable itself.
You'll join the largest of the business's three engineering teams, with a structured path to Senior Cable Designer, chartership support and a growing framework pipeline behind it.
