A Power T&D EPC contractor delivering on the major UK transmission and distribution frameworks is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer.
You'll lead civil and geotechnical design on 33kV to 400kV underground cable routes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll own civil design on cable route infrastructure – trench cross-sections, duct bank and CSFD design, joint bay construction and sealing end compounds.
You'll design HDD and thrust bore crossings, interpret ground investigation data, and manage the statutory consents the routes need.
It's the most civils-focused seat in the cable team, with chartership support and a clear path to Senior Principal or Engineering Manager.
ABOUT YOU
- You're a civil or geotechnical engineer in Power T&D, with or without cable route experience
- You want to own the civil design rather than support it
- You're comfortable managing statutory consents
